PR, Events & Digital Marketing Intern
Alice PR & Events is a growing PR firm, working with clients across the corporate, public, education, recruitment, events, technology and charity sectors.
We are currently recruiting an intern for a three-month placement, commencing as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification (or relevant work experience) in PR, journalism or communications;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
- Experience of using social media and websites for promotional campaigns;
- A strong interest in current affairs, and knowledge of the different media outlets in Ireland; and
- A desire to learn about a wide variety of PR tasks in a fast-paced, friendly and fun environment.
The successful candidate will assist the wider Alice PR team with tasks such as:
- Drafting and issuing press materials;
- Organising press photocalls and media launches;
- Researching topics of relevance to our work;
- Pitching to media targets on behalf of our clients;
- Creating content for social media and websites;
- Monitoring and recording the results achieved for client campaigns.
This internship is intended to be a full-time role, based at our office in Dublin city centre; however, we are flexible and may be able to accommodate applicants who are only available on a part-time basis.
This is not a paid internship, but an allowance will be provided to cover costs.
For the right candidate, there is a possibility that the role may be extended beyond the end of the internship.
