PR & Events Assistant
The Role

Main Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Communications and Advertising teams in running numerous Events from concept thru to execution.
- This person will be the face of the company for many of the company's clients, so exceptional Interpersonal skills are a necessity!
- Promoting the company's brand and image at all Events to insure maximum exposure.
- Manging and developing relationships with 3rd Party Agencies.
- Work alongside a PR Assistant in managing Event budgets, promoting the company's image, liaising with all relevant departments within the company.
- The Successful candidate will have a proven track record in the Events industry and someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Highly Attractive Salary on offer for the successful applicant that has 3-5 years' experience in the Events Industry.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years' experience running events from concept, to budget, to execution.
- A broad Experience across PR both Corporate and Consumer would be a distinct advantage but is not a necessity.
- Proficient IT skills - a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record/examples in personally delivering events, both small and large, on time and on budget.
- Experience in a busy, deadline driven environment.
- Prior experience working with 3rd party agencies recognised.
- A full Driving license is a necessity for this role.
