Internship Job Specification:
Working within the Operations team assisting with the completion of some of the following tasks:
Assisting with the logistical management of Venue management, Catering, Audio Visual Equipment, Evening Function include staging, lighting, entertainment, décor, Excursions and Tours, Conference & Event Materials, Signage, Exhibition management, Hotel allocations, Marketing & Promotion.
Venue management, Catering, Audio Visual Equipment, Evening Function include staging, lighting, entertainment, décor, Excursions and Tours, Conference & Event Materials, Signage, Exhibition management, Hotel allocations, Marketing & Promotion
Liaising with suppliers – hotels, venues, transport, restaurants and activities etc. – to develop unique and exciting programs
Corresponding with suppliers
Re-confirming dates, times and booking information with all suppliers
Administrative assistance with the organisation, co-ordination and implementation of site inspections
Attending client meetings and preparation of meeting notes
Performing other administrative tasks and duties as may be required
Assiting with the preperation and booking of Site Inspections and Fam Trips
Invoice writing
Updating spreadsheets for Financial Controller
Funding applicaitons to Failte Ireland for Site Inspections and Fam Trips
Work on-site with Operations during event (after hours and weekends included)
On a daily basis reporting to your assigned Manager
