Principal Responsibilities
- Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the company to achieve its aims as part of the overall Marketing and Communications plan
- Lead the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve usability, design, content and conversion
- Manage the company’s online presence through social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels utilising tools and techniques as appropriate, including e-mail, marketing, paid search, SEO and PPC
- Strategy development and point of contact for creative and media agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns
- Create high quality content for a range of online platforms (website, blog and social media) which is SEO optimised and consistent with the brand and tone of voice
- Work with external agencies to develop the online presence
- Research and implement recommendations for organic SEO success
- Develop and deliver relevant photographic, graphic and video based content consistent with the brand
- Carry out analysis of e-marketing initiatives and website performance - google analytics, social media monitoring and engagement.
Relevant skills & qualifications
- The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a Digital Marketing Manager position
- Degree level qualification in relevant discipline e.g. Marketing, Communications
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Proficient knowledge of WordPress
- Relevant experience including CMS, SEO, PPC, e-marketing, social media and analytics
- Experience of digital content management
- A good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practice
- Excellent communication skills and good project management skills
