Account Executive- Event Production
Vinehall Displays are a Specialist Conference, Exhibition and Event Production Company. We are recruiting an account executive- event production with strong project management skills to join our expanding team. The candidate will be required to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. To organise quotes, invoices, job sheets, briefing and timings, put together tender documents and follow up with creditors and debtors in a timely manner. Similar Industry experience with a project management background and a creative flair with an ability to use design suite/ Office suite/ Adobe would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage contracts and price negotiations
- To coordinate rental business, inventory & management
- Ensure all items are invoiced and paid in a timely manner
- To negotiate account contracts and agreements to maximize profits
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Schedule and attend meetings and appointments with clients and suppliers
- Brief Production staff on timings and designs
- Brief design team on projects and assist in creative input ( Event Production)
- Design projects when needed- Adobe Creative Suite
- Answer the phone to take order and messages
- Assist senior management in their duties
- Assist in operations as required eg. onsite deliveries
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS office design suite & Sketch-up & Adobe creative suite
- Understanding of SAGE accounting
- Good communication skills and strong project management skills
- “ Self – starter” with the ability to work alone and to defined deadlines
- Ability to work out of hours when the need arises
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Fluent English & clean drivers licence
