3 Month Internship Opportunity
Where: Lindsey Holmes Publicity, 3 Sandymount Green, Dublin 4
When: Start ASAP, for 3 Months Minimum.
Hours: 10am-6pm, Monday – Friday (Flexible)
With a busy festival season fast approaching, Lindsey Holmes Publicity are looking for an enthusiastic full time intern for their Sandymount office. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to kick start their career in the Entertainment and Music PR Industry. Successful applicants will gain valuable experience and will be involved in assisting with clients such as; Electric Picnic, Dancing With The Stars, U2, Huawei, Dragons Den, Junk Kouture, Celebrity Masterchef and many more.
Key requirements include:
- Third-level qualification (Communications, Marketing, PR or Journalism is preferable)
- Excellent writing and inter-personal skills
- Interest in Music, TV and current affairs
- Eagerness to learn and progress
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media
Duties:
- Writing press releases
- Pitching regional coverage
- Clipping client coverage
- Managing company’s social media accounts
- Assisting at events
- Monitoring media lists
- Research for client activity
