This role is a senior role within the Brand & Marketing Communications function and reports to the Head of Brand & Marketing Communications within the Commercial Directorate.
Working closely with the Head of Brand, the Marketing Manager is responsible for all advertising, branding and promotional activities across the company's portfolio of products, services and sponsorships. The Marketing Manager works with the Sales, Propositions, Sponsorship and Devices teams ensuring all campaigns and activities contribute to the margin objectives of the business as well as the brand KPIs.

The key accountabilities include:
ATL Briefs: Media Selection; Media Planning; Agency Briefing and Agency Management; Advertising Production; Campaign KPIs and evaluation.
BTL Briefs: Media Selection; Creative Production; Agency Briefing and Agency Management
Consumer PR: PR briefs to agency; PR planning; Channel selection.
Brand Equity Scores: Achievement of all brand targets for Three with a strong understanding of our customer and how we can meet their functional and emotional needs.
Brand Planning: Development of the overall marketing plan for the year.
Commercial deliverables: Including base and footfall targets
Brand Guardianship: Support all departments in ensuring the brand is consistent in internal and external communications
Agency Management: Management of inter-agency team to deliver on the plan

The skills we're looking for
Must Have
Significant brand management experience working with a brand owner
Strong experience of portfolio management (i.e. managed more than one brand at the same time)
Experience of managing a team
Personally created at least 6 highly effective through the line marketing campaigns that were proven to deliver.
Managed a media budget in excess of €5 million
Great relationships with agency partners in Ireland
An ability to demonstrate innovative approaches taken to address different business challenges
A proven ability to work well with multiple stakeholders across a business
A huge passion for brands and marketing
Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timelines
Proven leadership and team building skills
Commercial acumen
